Supreme Court Gun Ruling Bad For Gun Owners: Not A Victory
June-28-2008http://Infowars.blogspot.net

Thursday the U.S. Supreme Court released their opinion on the District of Columbia gun ban case. D.C. vs. Heller. Leaders of the National Rifle Association (NRA) praised the Supreme Court’s historic ruling overturning Washington D.C.’s ban on handguns and on self-defense in the home, in the case of District of Columbia v. Heller. Read the opinion (1 MB)
"This is a great moment in American history. It vindicates individual Americans all over this country who have always known that their freedom is worth protecting," declared NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre. "Our founding fathers wrote and intended the Second Amendment to be an individual right. The Supreme Court has now acknowledged it. The Second Amendment as an individual right now becomes a real permanent part of American Constitutional law."
The NRA and all the mainstream media are putting up a big smoke screen so gun rights advocates will celebrate a great victory and go to sleep while Federal, State, and local governments pass restrictions and set even more stringent licensing requirements for gun owners.
The court ruled that the Second Amendment did guarantee an individual’s right to bear arms, but also went on to say that the government still has the right to control and regulate firearms. What happened to this is an inalienable right, which shall not be infringed.
Lee Rodgers from Rogue Government. Com said, "The mainstream press is hailing this as a victory for gun owners and a defeat for anti-American gun control advocates. Unfortunately, this is incredibly misleading spin by the mainstream press as the ruling essentially says that the government still has the authority to implement regulations to control who has access to firearms and who doesn’t. The Second Amendment specifically states that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed, yet these egghead Supreme Court Justices have gone out of their way to try to redefine what it actually means. Either these Supreme Court Justices can’t read or they have been paid off by the criminals that run the federal government. Not only that, but it is incredibly frightening that the court only ruled 5-4 in favor of the Second Amendment with limitations. The dissenting Justices essentially said that the people don’t have the right to bear arms. It doesn’t get much more insane than this. This is totally unacceptable, as the main purpose of the Second Amendment is to ensure that the people can stand up against a tyrannical government and defend their lives, liberty and property. This ruling is more proof that the establishment is continuing its agenda of disarming the American people so they can setup a global dictatorship of death."
The following is taken from a Reuters report which summarizes what Justice Antonin Scalia said on behalf of the majority opinion.
In the majority opinion, Justice Antonin Scalia said the Second Amendment protected an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home. Although an individual now has a constitutional right to own guns, that new right is not unlimited, wrote Scalia, a hunter.
He said the ruling should not be taken to cast doubt on long-standing prohibitions on the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally ill or on laws forbidding the carrying of firearms in places like schools and government buildings or laws imposing conditions on gun sales.
This is proof that Scalia and the other Justices in the majority opinion simply do not have an understanding of the Second Amendment or refuse to interpret it properly. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights were written so that the vast majority of people could understand them. They were not written so that only lawyers and judges could understand its contents. Let’s take a look at the full text of the Second Amendment.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
In Response to Scalia Lee Rodgers of Roguegovernment.com said, "The words "shall not be infringed" is what is key. The Second Amendment doesn’t say that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed except in certain cases. It doesn’t get anymore clear than this yet Scalia and the majority opinion Justices some how get the impression that the right to bear arms is not unlimited? How can someone make such a statement and be a Supreme Court Justice? This is proof that Scalia and the other Supreme Court Justices in the majority opinion are not competent to hold office and should be removed immediately. The founding fathers were saying that the right to bear arms is an inalienable right. Any regulation of firearms is unconstitutional and the government does not have the authority under the Constitution to dictate who is allowed to bear arms and who doesn’t.
I love what Lee Rodgers is saying here. He has more wisdom and common sense than all nine justices. This is not a good ruling . It is being spun as a great thing for gun owners. But only so they will all go to sleep and stop paying attention to further regulation. They can make getting a gun such a difficult process that most people will not bother. They did not triple the size of the ATF for nothing. The elites need to take our weapons to fulfill their dream of total tyranny. Gun Owners must remain vigilant and watch even more carefully for gun control measures.
What is really crazy is that the NRA is hailing this as a victory. The NRA is a smoke screen for gun control. Join Gun Owners of America. The NRA is an imposter posing as gun rights group.
The NRA knows this is a smoke screen. The NRA is part of the globalist elite’s mind control. They have many members that are being fooled. The NRA has been a big weapon in gun regulation for the power brokers for decades. The agenda is to keep chipping away at our gun rights and all our rights until the American people are totally enslaved by the New World order.
People should be on the steps of the Supreme Court building protesting this ruling everyday. Instead the New World Order will sit and laugh at all the sheep with the wool once again pulled over their eyes. Look at the sheep they think they had a victory. Sleep Sheep. Sleep.

Gas Prices over $4.00. Terrorism. War. Floods. Home Mortgages. Dollar Exploding. Starvation. Food Prices. Genetically modified Food. No Bees. Chemtrails. Fluoride in water. Approaching tyranny. Crisis. Crisis. Crisis.
People today are afraid, anxious, concerned, nervous, troubled, and worried. They know something is wrong. Most are not sure what. When they wake up they will know that we have been overtaken by absolute tyranny, subject to arbitrary despotism, and living in a completely oppressive authoritarian police state.
We are stepping through the door into the darkness of global governance. This is total tyranny and part of a very old plan. The illusion of the government that we thought was great was truly an intentional illusion. Most people will freak out as we go further into the transition to total slavery. People want to deny the approaching reality and try to hold onto their old reality. The old perceived reality has been destroyed. We are in a transition and the globalist control freaks are establishing new norms. There was an abnormal culture change brought to us by the corporate controlled media in the 60’s and 70’s. American culture was completely changed. People simply adapt to what they see on television and what they are exposed to from the corporate media. It is massive mind control. We are to all be standardized.
The global elites literally want to reduce the world’s population to 10 to 20 percent of what it is now. They are literally creating a new human species. New humans are being created now with DNA engineering. When new types of humans are presented to us we will be conditioned to accept it from movies and fiction. The marketing job will be so complete that people will be begging for their implanted brain microchip. In the 1920’s Eugenic Societies published many books about the future society where people would be scientifically programmed, with some people allowed to breed and others not allowed to breed.
The mind controllers are masters in marketing. They use subtle techniques continuously to control the minds of the masses. They have dumbed us down and now we wait like cattle to the slaughter. How do you standardize people? You standardize their education. The same things must be taught everywhere. Repetition. Repetition. Repetition. We hear things over and over and begin to regurgitate the slogans and soundbites. Critical Thinkers are rare. Clouds of reality and distorted minds are downloaded with their daily dose of group think and repetitive group speak. We are all subjects of extraordinary scientific indoctrination. We get updated with continuing education through propaganda, and by the big marketing companies that work continuously to keep the flock moving along the path of their agenda. Most people cannot come out of this fog because the elite globalist plan is so diabolical, heinous, and demonic, that most people will laugh in your face when you try to explain the ominous scheme of our owners.

So it is more than a little head-scratching that fluoride, the chemical widely credited with dramatically cutting cavities and promoting oral hygiene, is having its scientific credentials questioned in the city that literally swallowed it first.
The belated questioning of fluoride in the most unlikely of places stems partly from unsettled questions—some new, some old—about possible links to cancer and thyroid and kidney problems if too much fluoride is ingested. But the push here mirrors a spreading nationwide awareness and re-examination of the health impact of a wide variety of chemicals added to food, health-care products and water, as well as the use of pesticides.
Unusual findings
Local and state governments around the nation are taking a second — and in some cases a first — look at chemical practices and their potential impact. A county in Utah has stopped encouraging people to flush unused prescription drugs down the toilet because they might contaminate the water system. That action was taken after a report from the U.S. Geological Survey found chemicals from prescription drugs in streams and rivers.

Fluoride in our water supplies A Tribune examination of Chicago's drinking water this year found traces of pharmaceuticals and personal-care products.
In California, several communities are cracking down on aerial pesticide spraying because of its potential impact on humans and animals. Experts predict that in-depth examinations of chemicals formerly considered benign will become more frequent.
"I think this pattern has been growing because there is better environmental health research that draws connections between low levels of chemical exposure and changes in our bodies," said Dr. Howard Hu, chairman of environmental health sciences at the University of Michigan.
"As the research has become more sophisticated, it shows that environmental toxicants can do other things beyond just kill you—they can stunt your growth, change behavior and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease," Hu said.
'On my radar screen'
Fluoride fights stretch back more than a half-century. Recent studies, though, suggest a possible link to thyroid trouble and problems for people on dialysis. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention maintains that water fluoridation is a safe and cost-effective way to prevent tooth decay, but some scientists say questions about the long-term impact cannot be dismissed.
Recent studies, while not conclusive, convinced Corky Overmyer, the director of environmental sustainability for Grand Rapids, that a review was needed to study fluoride's impact on the 11 communities served by the city's water system.
"This has been on my radar screen for a while," said Overmyer, who several years ago led the effort to remove chlorine from the city's water. Overmyer insists he has drawn no conclusions about the safety of fluoride.
Grand Rapids commemorates the 1945 fluoridation with a 30-foot sculpture in the heart of downtown, and the questioning of fluoride has stirred controversy. Dentists have doubted or condemned the effort, and the Grand Rapids Press counseled caution in an editorial.
Grand Rapids, long known as a furniture-making city, is working to reinvent itself as a center of medical research. The timing of the fluoride examination is, at best, awkward because some of the most prominent groups in the medical establishment—the American Dental Association, the American Medical Association and the CDC—have endorsed fluoride.
"They tend to look at little bits of information that are taken out of context," Dr. Howard Pollick, a dentist and chief spokesman for the ADA, said of fluoride opponents.
Overmyer said he is taking heat.
"I had no idea [fluoride] was that sensitive an issue," he said, noting he has "teeth marks" in his backside from his dentist and the city's mayor, who declined to return phone calls to discuss fluoride.
About two-thirds of Americans, including those in Chicago and most major metropolitan areas, are served by fluoridated water. Resistance to fluoride usually is localized, with battles occurring in small towns. In May, voters in two Massachusetts towns overwhelmingly rejected efforts to fluoridate the water.
The Internet has effectively re-energized the former ragtag group of activists by making new information—valid or not—instantly available.
And the re-examination by Grand Rapids, the mother of fluoride, has provided an unanticipated boost for opponents.
"If Grand Rapids falls, that could be the beginning of the end of fluoride," said Paul Connett, a retired chemistry professor and director of the Fluoride Action Network, which advocates against fluoridation.
There is strong political and medical resistance to reversing the fluoride policy. Dr. Tim Gietzen, who has practiced dentistry in Grand Rapids for 30 years, said he can tell which of his patients grew up with fluoridated water just by looking in their mouths.
Gietzen said fluoride should remain in the water system "unless someone is causing problems."
That's the question to be pursued by Overmyer, who said, "I'm just trying to be honest and open, and I've become a lightning rod."

Uh, First of all, the, I'd like to say, that the conference at Santa Barbara was not directly concerned with the control of the mind. That was a conference, there have been two of them now, at the University of California Medical center in San Francisco, one this year which I didn't attend, and one two years ago where there was a considerable discussion on this subject. At Santa Barbara we were talking about technology in general and the effects it's likely to have on society and the problems related to technological transplanting of technology into underdeveloped countries.
Well now in regard to this problem of the ultimate revolution, this has been very well summed up by the moderator. In the past we can say that all revolutions have essentially aimed at changing the environment in order to change the individual. I mean there's been the political revolution, the economic revolution, in the time of the reformation, the religious revolution. All these aimed, not directly at the human being, but at his surroundings. So that by modifying the surroundings you did achieve, did one remove the effect of the human being.
Today we are faced, I think, with the approach of what may be called the ultimate revolution, the final revolution, where man can act directly on the mind-body of his fellows. Well needless to say some kind of direct action on human mind-bodies has been going on since the beginning of time. But this has generally been of a violent nature. The Techniques of terrorism have been known from time immemorial and people have employed them with more or less ingenuity sometimes with the utmost cruelty, sometimes with a good deal of skill acquired by a process of trial and error finding out what the best ways of using torture, imprisonment, constraints of various kinds.
But, as, I think it was (sounds like Mettenicht) said many years ago, you can do everything with {garbled} except sit on them. If you are going to control any population for any length of time, you must have some measure of consent, it's exceedingly difficult to see how pure terrorism can function indefinitely. It can function for a fairly long time, but I think sooner or later you have to bring in an element of persuasion an element of getting people to consent to what is happening to them.
It seems to me that the nature of the ultimate revolution with which we are now faced is precisely this: That we are in process of developing a whole series of techniques which will enable the controlling oligarchy who have always existed and presumably will always exist to get people to love their servitude. This is the, it seems to me, the ultimate in malevolent revolutions shall we say, and this is a problem which has interested me many years and about which I wrote thirty years ago, a fable, Brave New World, which is an account of society making use of all the devices available and some of the devices which I imagined to be possible making use of them in order to, first of all, to standardize the population, to iron out inconvenient human differences, to create, to say, mass produced models of human beings arranged in some sort of scientific caste system. Since then, I have continued to be extremely interested in this problem and I have noticed with increasing dismay a number of the predictions which were purely fantastic when I made them thirty years ago have come true or seem in process of coming true.
A number of techniques about which I talked seem to be here already. And there seems to be a general movement in the direction of this kind of ultimate revolution, a method of control by which a people can be made to enjoy a state of affairs by which any decent standard they ought not to enjoy. This, the enjoyment of servitude, Well this process is, as I say, has gone on for over the years, and I have become more and more interested in what is happening.
And here I would like briefly to compare the parable of Brave New World with another parable which was put forth more recently in George Orwell's book, Nineteen Eighty- Four. Orwell wrote his book between, I think between 45 and 48 at the time when the Stalinist terror regime was still in Full swing and just after the collapse of the Hitlerian terror regime. And his book which I admire greatly, it's a book of very great talent and extraordinary ingenuity, shows, so to say, a projection into the future of the immediate past, of what for him was the immediate past, and the immediate present, it was a projection into the future of a society where control was exercised wholly by terrorism and violent attacks upon the mind-body of individuals.
Whereas my own book which was written in 1932 when there was only a mild dictatorship in the form of Mussolini in existence, was not overshadowed by the idea of terrorism, and I was therefore free in a way in which Orwell was not free, to think about these other methods of control, these non-violent methods and my, I'm inclined to think that the scientific dictatorships of the future, and I think there are going to be scientific dictatorships in many parts of the world, will be probably a good deal nearer to the brave new world pattern than to the 1984 pattern, they will a good deal nearer not because of any humanitarian qualms of the scientific dictators but simply because the BNW pattern is probably a good deal more efficient than the other.
That if you can get people to consent to the state of affairs in which they're living. The state of servitude the state of being, having their differences ironed out, and being made amenable to mass production methods on the social level, if you can do this, then you have, you are likely, to have a much more stable and lasting society. Much more easily controllable society than you would if you were relying wholly on clubs and firing squads and concentration camps. So that my own feeling is that the 1984 picture was tinged of course by the immediate past and present in which Orwell was living, but the past and present of those years does not reflect, I feel, the likely trend of what is going to happen, needless to say we shall never get rid of terrorism, it will always find its way to the surface.
But I think that insofar as dictators become more and more scientific, more and more concerned with the technically perfect, perfectly running society, they will be more and more interested in the kind of techniques which I imagined and described from existing realities in BNW. So that, it seems to me then, that this ultimate revolution is not really very far away, that we, already a number of techniques for bringing about this kind of control are here, and it remains to be seen when and where and by whom they will first be applied in any large scale.
And first let me talk about the, a little bit about the, improvement in the techniques of terrorism. I think there have been improvements. Pavlov after all made some extremely profound observations both on animals and on human beings. And he found among other things that conditioning techniques applied to animals or humans in a state either of psychological or physical stress sank in so to say, very deeply into the mind-body of the creature, and were extremely difficult to get rid of. That they seemed to be embedded more deeply than other forms of conditioning.
And this of course, this fact was discovered empirically in the past. People did make use of many of these techniques, but the difference between the old empirical intuitive methods and our own methods is the difference between the, a sort of, hit and miss craftsman's point of view and the genuinely scientific point of view. I think there is a real difference between ourselves and say the inquisitors of the 16th century. We know much more precisely what we are doing, than they knew and we can extend because of our theoretical knowledge, we can extend what we are doing over a wider area with a greater assurance of being producing something that really works.
In this context I would like to mention the extremely interesting chapters in Dr. William (sounds like Seargent's) Battle for the Mind where he points out how intuitively some of the great religious teachers/leaders of the past hit on the Pavlovian method, he speaks specifically of Wesley's method of producing conversions which were essentially based on the technique of heightening psychological stress to the limit by talking about hellfire and so making people extremely vulnerable to suggestion and then suddenly releasing this stress by offering hopes of heaven and this is a very interesting chapter of showing how completely on purely intuitive and empirical grounds a skilled natural psychologist, as Wesley was, could discover these Pavlovian methods.
Well, as I say, we now know the reason why these techniques worked and there's no doubt at all that we can if we wanted to, carry them much further than was possible in the past. And of course in the history of, recent history of brainwashing, both as applied to prisoners of war and to the lower personnel within the communist party in China, we see that the pavlovian methods have been applied systematically and with evidently with extraordinary efficacy. I think there can be no doubt that by the application of these methods a very large army of totally devoted people has been created. The conditioning has been driven in, so to say, by a kind of psychological iontophoresis into the very depths of the people's being, and has got so deep that it's very difficult to ever be rooted out, and these methods, I think, are a real refinement on the older methods of terror because they combine methods of terror with methods of acceptance that the person who is subjected to a form of terroristic stress but for the purpose of inducing a kind of voluntary quotes acceptance of the state the psychological state in which he has been driven and the state of affairs in which he finds himself.
So there is, as I say, there has been a definite improvement in the, even in the techniques of terrorism. But then we come to the consideration of other techniques, non-terroristic techniques, for inducing consent and inducing people to love their servitude. Here, I don't think I can possibly go into all of them, because I don't know all of them, but I mean I can mention the more obvious methods, which can now be used and are based on recent scientific findings. First of all there are the methods connected with straight suggestion and hypnosis.
I think we know much more about this subject than was known in the past. People of course, always have known about suggestion, and although they didn't know the word 'hypnosis' they certainly practiced it in various ways. But we have, I think, a much greater knowledge of the subject than in the past, and we can make use of our knowledge in ways, which I think the past was never able to make use of it. For example, one of the things we now know for certain, that there is of course an enormous, I mean this has always been known a very great difference between individuals in regard to their suggestibility. But we now know pretty clearly the sort of statistical structure of a population in regard to its suggestibility. Its very interesting when you look at the findings of different fields, I mean the field of hypnosis, the field of administering placebos, for example, in the field of general suggestion in states of drowsiness or light sleep you will find the same sorts of orders of magnitude continually cropping up.
You'll find for example that the experienced hypnotist will tell one that the number of people, the percentage of people who can be hypnotized with the utmost facility (snaps), just like that. is about 20%, and about a corresponding number at the other end of the scale are very, very difficult or almost impossible to hypnotize. But in between lies a large mass of people who can with more or less difficulty be hypnotized, that they can gradually be if you work hard enough at it be got into the hypnotic state, and in the same way the same sort of figures crop up again, for example in relation to the administration of placebos.
A big experiment was carried out three of four years ago in the general hospital in Boston on post-operative cases where several hundred men and woman suffering comparable kinds of pain after serious operations were allowed to, were given injections whenever they asked for them whenever the pain got bad, and the injections were 50% of the time were of morphine, and 50% of water. And about twenty percent of those who went through the experiment, about 20% of them got just as much relief from the distilled waters as from the morphea. About 20% got no relief from the distilled water, and in- between were those who got some relief or got relief occasionally.
So yet again, we see the same sort of distribution, and similarly in regard to what in BNW I called Hypnopedia, the sleep teaching, I was talking not long ago to a man who manufactures records which people can listen to in the, during the light part of sleep, I mean these are records for getting rich, for sexual satisfaction (crowd laughs), for confidence in salesmanship and so on, and he said that its very interesting that these are records sold on a money-back basis, and he says there is regularly between 15% and 20% of people who write indignantly saying the records don't work at all, and he sends the money back at once. There are on the other hand, there are over 20% who write enthusiastically saying they are much richer, their sexual life is much better (laughter) etc, etc. And these of course are the dream clients and they buy more of these records. And in between there are those who don't get much results and they have to have letters written to them saying "Go persist my dear, go on" (laughter) and you will get there, and they generally do get results in the long run.
Well, as I say, on the basis of this, I think we see quite clearly that the human populations can be categorized according to their suggestibility fairly clearly,. I suspect very strongly that this twenty percent is the same in all these cases, and I suspect also that it would not be at all difficult to recognize and {garbled} out who are those who are extremely suggestible and who are those extremely unsuggestible and who are those who occupy the intermediate space. Quite clearly, if everybody were extremely unsuggestible organized society would be quite impossible, and if everybody were extremely suggestible then a dictatorship would be absolutely inevitable. I mean it's very fortunate that we have people who are moderately suggestible in the majority and who therefore preserve us from dictatorship but do permit organized society to be formed. But, once given the fact that there are these 20% of highly suggestible people, it becomes quite clear that this is a matter of enormous political importance, for example, any demagogue who is able to get hold of a large number of these 20% of suggestible people and to organize them is really in a position to overthrow any government in any country.
And I mean, I think this after all, we had the most incredible example in recent years by what can be done by efficient methods of suggestion and persuasion in the form of Hitler. Anyone who has read, for example, (Sounds like Bulloch's) Life of Hitler, comes forth with this horrified admiration for this infernal genius, who really understood human weaknesses I think almost better than anybody and who exploited them with all the resources then available. I mean he knew everything, for example, he knew intuitively this pavlovian truth that condition installed in a state of stress or fatigue goes much deeper than conditioning installed at other times. This of course is why all his big speeches were organized at night. He speaks quite frankly, of course, in Mein Kampf, this is done solely because people are tired at night and therefore much less capable of resisting persuasion than they would be during the day. And in all his techniques he was using, he had discovered intuitively and by trial and error a great many of the weaknesses, which we now know about on a sort of scientific way I think much more clearly than he did.
But the fact remains that this differential of suggestibility this susceptibility to hypnosis I do think is something which has to be considered very carefully in relation to any kind of thought about democratic government . If there are 20% of the people who really can be suggested into believing almost anything, then we have to take extremely careful steps into prevent the rise of demagogues who will drive them on into extreme positions then organize them into very, very dangerous armies, private armies which may overthrow the government.
This is, I say, in this field of pure persuasion, I think we do know much more than we did in the past, and obviously we now have mechanisms for multiplying the demagogues voice and image in a quite hallucinatory way, I mean, the TV and radio, Hitler was making enormous use of the radio, he could speak to millions of people simultaneously. This alone creates an enormous gulf between the modern and the ancient demagogue. The ancient demagogue could only appeal to as many people as his voice could reach by yelling at his utmost, but the modern demagogue could touch literally millions at a time, and of course by the multiplication of his image he can produce this kind of hallucinatory effect which is of enormous hypnotic and suggestive importance.
But then there are the various other methods one can think of which, thank heaven, as yet have not be used, but which obviously could be used. There is for example, the pharmacological method, this is one of the things I talked about in BNW. I invented a hypothetical drug called SOMA, which of course could not exist as it stood there because it was simultaneously a stimulant, a narcotic, and a hallucinogen, which seems unlikely in one substance. But the point is, if you applied several different substances you could get almost all these results even now, and the really interesting things about the new chemical substances, the new mind-changing drugs is this, if you looking back into history its clear that man has always had a hankering after mind changing chemicals, he has always desired to take holidays from himself, but the, and, this is the most extraordinary effect of all that every natural occurring narcotic stimulant, sedative, or hallucinogen, was discovered before the dawn of history, I don't think there is one single one of these naturally occurring ones which modern science has discovered.
Modern science has of course better ways of extracting the active principals of these drugs and of course has discovered numerous ways of synthesizing new substances of extreme power, but the actual discovery of these naturally occurring things was made by primitive man goodness knows how many centuries ago. There is for example, in the underneath the, lake dwellings of the early Neolithic that have been dug up in Switzerland we have found poppy-heads, which looks as though people were already using this most ancient and powerful and dangerous of narcotics, even before the days of the rise of agriculture. So that man was apparently a dope-bag addict before he was a farmer, which is a very curious comment on human nature.
But, the difference, as I say, between the ancient mind-changers, the traditional mind- changers, and the new substances is that they were extremely harmful and the new ones are not. I mean even the permissible mind-changer alcohol is not entirely harmless, as people may have noticed, and I mean the other ones, the non-permissible ones, such as opium and cocaine, opium and its derivatives, are very harmful indeed. They rapidly produce addiction, and in some cases lead at an extraordinary rate to physical degeneration and death.
Whereas these new substances, this is really very extraordinary, that a number of these new mind-changing substances can produce enormous revolutions within the mental side of our being, and yet do almost nothing to the physiological side. You can have an enormous revolution, for example, with LSD-25 or with the newly synthesized drug psilocybin, which is the active principal of the Mexican sacred mushroom. You can have this enormous mental revolution with no more physiological revolution than you would get from drinking two cocktails. And this is a really most extraordinary effect.
And it is of course true that pharmacologists are producing a great many new wonder drugs where the cure is almost worse than the disease. Every year the new edition of medical textbooks contains a longer and longer chapter of what are Iatrogenic diseases, that is to say diseases caused by doctors (laughter} And this is quite true, many of the wonder drugs are extremely dangerous. I mean they can produce extraordinary effects, and in critical conditions they should certainly be used, but they should be used with the utmost caution. But there is evidently a whole class of drugs effecting the CNS which can produce enormous changes in sedation in euphoria in energizing the whole mental process without doing any perceptible harm to the human body, and this presents to me the most extraordinary revolution. In the hands of a dictator these substances in one kind or the other could be used with, first of all, complete harmlessness, and the result would be, you can imagine a euphoric that would make people thoroughly happy even in the most abominable circumstances.
I mean these things are possible. This is the extraordinary thing, I mean after all this is even true with the crude old drugs. I mean, a housemate years ago remarked after reading Milton's Paradise Lost, He Says "And beer does more than Milton can to justify God's ways to man" (laughter). And beer is of course, an extremely crude drug compared to these ones. And you can certainly say that some of the psychic energizers and the new hallucinants could do incomparably more than Milton and all the Theologicians combined could possibly do to make the terrifying mystery of our existence seem more tolerable than it does. And here I think one has an enormous area in which the ultimate revolution could function very well indeed, an area in which a great deal of control could be used by not through terror, but by making life seem much more enjoyable than it normally does. Enjoyable to the point, where as I said before, Human beings come to love a state of things by which any reasonable and decent human standard they ought not to love and this I think is perfectly possible.
But then, very briefly, let me speak about one of the more recent developments in the sphere of neurology, about the implantation of electrodes in the brain. This of course has been done in the large scale in animals and in a few cases its been done in the cases of the hopelessly insane. And anybody who has watched the behavior of rats with electrodes placed in different centers must come away from this experience with the most extraordinary doubts about what on Earth is in store for us if this is got a hold of by a dictator. I saw not long ago some rats in the {garbled} laboratory at UCLA there were two sets of them, one with electrodes planted in the pleasure center, and the technique was they had a bar which they pressed which turned on a very small current for a short space of time which we had a wire connected with that electrode and which stimulated the pleasure center and was evidently absolutely ecstatic was these rats were pressing the bar 18,000 times a day (laughter). Apparently if you kept them from pressing the bar for a day, they'd press it 36,000 times on the following day and would until they fell down in complete exhaustion (laughter) And they would neither eat, nor be interested in the opposite sex but would just go on pressing this bar {pounds on podium}
Then the most extraordinary rats were those were the electrode was planted halfway between the pleasure and the pain center. The result was a kind of mixture of the most wonderful ecstasy and like being on the rack at the same time. And you would see the rats sort of looking at is bar and sort of saying "To be or not to be that is the question". (Laughter) Finally it would approach {Pounds on podium} and go back with this awful I mean, the (sounds like franken huminizer anthropomorphizer), and he would wait some time before pressing the bar again, yet he would always press it again. This was the extraordinary thing.
I noticed in the most recent issue of Scientific American there's a very interesting article on electrodes in the brains of chickens, where the technique is very ingenious, where you sink into their brains a little socket with a screw on it and the electrode can then be screwed deeper and deeper into the brainstem and you can test at any moment according to the depth, which goes at fractions of the mm, what you're stimulating and these creatures are not merely stimulated by wire, they're fitted with a miniature radio receiver which weighs less than an ounce which is attached to them so that they can be communicated with at a distance, I mean they can run about in the barnyard and you could press a button and this particular area of the brain to which the electrode has been screwed down to would be stimulated. You would get this fantastic phenomena, where a sleeping chicken would jump up and run about, or an active chicken would suddenly sit down and go to sleep, or a hen would sit down and act like she's hatching out an egg, or a fighting rooster would go into depression.
The whole picture of the absolute control of the drives is terrifying, and in the few cases in which this has been done with very sick human beings, The effects are evidently very remarkable too, I was talking last summer in England to Grey Walter, who is the most eminent exponent of the EEG technique in England, and he was telling me that he's seen hopeless inmates at asylums with these things in their heads, and these people were suffering from uncontrollable depression, and they had these electrodes inserted into the pleasure center in their brain, however when they felt too bad, they just pressed a button on the battery in their pocket and he said the results were fantastic, the mouth pointing down would suddenly turn up and they'd feel very cheerful and happy. So there again one sees the most extraordinary revolutionary techniques, which are now available to us.
Now, I think what is obviously perfectly clear is that for the present these techniques are not being used except in an experimental way, but I think it is important for us to realize what is happening to make ourselves acquainted with what has already happened, and then use a certain amount of imagination to extrapolate into the future the sort of things that might happen. What might happen if these fantastically powerful techniques were used by unscrupulous people in authority, what on Earth would happen, what sort of society would we get?
And I think it is peculiarly important because as one sees when looking back over history we have allowed in the past all those advances in technology which has profoundly changed our social and individual life to take us by surprise, I mean it seems to me that it was during the late 18 century early 19th century when the new machines were making possible the factory situation. It was not beyond the wit of man to see what was happening and project into the future and maybe forestall the really dreadful consequences which plagued England and most of western Europe and this country for sixty or seventy years, and the horrible abuses of the factory system and if a certain amount of forethought had been devoted to the problem at that time and if people had first of all found out what was happening and then used their imagination to see what might happen, and then had gone on to work out the means by which the worst applications of the techniques would not take place, well then I think western humanity might have been spared about three generations of utter misery which had been imposed on the poor at that time.
And the same way with various technological advances now, I mean we need to think about the problems with automation and more profoundly the problems, which may arise with these new techniques, which may contribute to this ultimate revolution. Our business is to be aware of what is happening, and then to use our imagination to see what might happen, how this might be abused, and then if possible to see that the enormous powers which we now possess thanks to these scientific and technological advances to be used for the benefit of human beings and not for their degradation.
Thank You

So yet again, we see the same sort of distribution, and similarly in regard to what in BNW I called Hypnopedia, the sleep teaching, I was talking not long ago to a man who manufactures records which people can listen to in the, during the light part of sleep, I mean these are records for getting rich, for sexual satisfaction (crowd laughs), for confidence in salesmanship and so on, and he said that its very interesting that these are records sold on a money-back basis, and he says there is regularly between 15% and 20% of people who write indignantly saying the records don't work at all, and he sends the money back at once. But then, very briefly, let me speak about one of the more recent developments in the sphere of neurology, about the implantation of electrodes in the brain. This of course has been done in the large scale in animals and in a few cases its been done in the cases of the hopelessly insane. And anybody who has watched the behavior of rats with electrodes placed in different centers must come away from this experience with the most extraordinary doubts about what on Earth is in store for us if this is got a hold of by a dictator. I saw not long ago some rats in the {garbled} laboratory at UCLA there were two sets of them, one with electrodes planted in the pleasure center, and the technique was they had a bar which they pressed which turned on a very small current for a short space of time which we had a wire connected with that electrode and which stimulated the pleasure center and was evidently absolutely ecstatic was these rats were pressing the bar 18,000 times a day (laughter). Apparently if you kept them from pressing the bar for a day, they'd press it 36,000 times on the following day and would until they fell down in complete exhaustion (laughter) And they would neither eat, nor be interested in the opposite sex but would just go on pressing this bar {pounds on podium}
Thank You
{Applause}

Jigsaw Puzzle

Understanding what is happening in the world is like finding the pieces to a giant jigsaw puzzle, or connecting the dots between seemingly unrelated events.
One piece of the puzzle is understanding our own brainwashing or downloading. It is very difficult to deprogram ourselves. We are all susceptible to brainwashing by mass media. Throw out the T.V. set and turn off the neo-con radio hosts. We are downloaded with our reality daily. We are constantly being downloaded with updates just like a computer through advertisements, media, religion, and other propaganda. We are downloaded so much with terms and slogans from the media that we don’t know what reality is anymore. Our reality is given to us by the elites.
Whatever is fashionable we hear over and over until we find ourselves regurgitating the latest terms and slogans. Slogans like global warming, carbon footprints, and climate change. Bertrand Russell said this is a technique done through repetition. Things you want the public to be downloaded with must be repeated a minimum of 8 times. All advertisers know this fact. After you hear things so many times you will find yourself repeating the slogans or abstractions. People all hearing the same things on television will begin to parrot stuff back and forth. Zbigniew Brzezinski said most people cannot reason for themselves, they expect the media and the experts to do it for them.
Another piece of the puzzle is Agenda 21 – This is the agenda for the 21st century from the United Nations that we are incrementally being sold on and trained in a Pavlovian manner to accept. Part of agenda 21 is to cram everyone into cities and eliminate private transportation. There will be public transportation only. The road checks going on now are to get everyone accustomed to not leaving their area.
Agenda 21 is heading toward the old Soviet system. Read U.N. agenda 21 and you will see that the brave new world will be much worse than the old Soviet Union. China is the model. All countries now are passing the same types of homeland security laws. Domestic security is a big sign of fascism. Fascism is when government is in bed with corporations. Today’s governments are in bed with international corporations so its international fascism.
Another puzzle piece is conditioning a whole population or a whole world. - The two men who came up with no smoking in the United States who were employed at the U.N. adapted something they studied in China. It was called creating social approval and social disapproval. It had to do with china’s one child policy. They saw they no longer needed to bring the troops in They convinced the neighbor’s through masses of propaganda over years that that child was literally taking food from someone’s mouth. So it was an antisocial act to have a second child. The neighbors would come in and pull them off to the clinic. The U.N. has now set its sights on obesity using the same method. A war on obesity. Soon we will all be called in to be measured as they have in Japan.
In New York Times June 13, we find Japan has declared war on obesity.

AMAGASAKI, Japan — Japan, a country not known for its overweight people, has undertaken one of the most ambitious campaigns ever by a nation to slim down its citizenry.

Summoned by the city of Amagasaki one recent morning, Minoru Nogiri, 45, a flower shop owner, found himself lining up to have his waistline measured. With no visible paunch, he seemed to run little risk of being classified as overweight, or metabo, the preferred word in Japan these days. But because the new state-prescribed limit for male waistlines is a strict 33.5 inches, he had anxiously measured himself at home a couple of days earlier. "I’m on the border," he said.
Those exceeding government limits — 33.5 inches for men and 35.4 inches for women, which are identical to thresholds established in 2005 for Japan by the International Diabetes Federation as an easy guideline for identifying health risks — and having a weight-related ailment will be given dieting guidance if after three months they do not lose weight. If necessary, those people will be steered toward further re-education after six more months.
To reach its goals of shrinking the overweight population by 10 percent over the next four years and 25 percent over the next seven years, the government will impose financial penalties on companies and local governments that fail to meet specific targets. The country’s Ministry of Health argues that the campaign will keep the spread of diseases like diabetes and strokes in check.
Could this be the shape of things to come in America under a National Health Care Plan. Mandatory measurements and consequences for not meeting government guidelines. Mandatory Vaccines? Mandatory Flu Shots? Mandatory Physicals? Mandatory microchips? Mandatory anti-cholesterol drugs? It’s o.k.! Take your shots. They are so nutritious. It is all part of the new freedom.

Kucinich; Judiciary Commitee Must Begin Review of Impeachment Articles
Kucinich: Judiciary Committee must begin review of impeachment articles
Mike Sheehan / Raw Story June 11, 2008
“It is now imperative that the Judiciary Committee begin a review of the 35 articles,” said Kucinich. “I will be providing supporting documentation to the committee so that it can proceed in an orderly manner.
“The weight of evidence contained in the articles makes it clear that President Bush violated the Constitution and the U.S. Code as well as international law,” said the Ohio lawmaker, whose efforts to impeach Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney have been largely ignored by the mainstream media.
The House of Representatives approved Kucinich’s motion today to refer the articles of impeachment to the Judiciary Committee, chaired by Rep. John Conyers (D-MI). Kucinich said on Wednesday that he would meet with Conyers this week.
Conyers has yet to release a public statement on the motion, but has in the past not been supportive of impeachment efforts. The resolution to impeach Cheney, which Kucinich presented in April 2007, remains stalled in the committee he chairs.
“It is the House’s responsibility as a co-equal branch of government to provide an effective check and balance to executive abuse of power,” Kucinich continued in the statement. “President Bush was principally responsible for directing the United States Armed Forces to attack Iraq.
“I believe that there is sufficient evidence in the articles to support the charge that President Bush allowed, authorized and sanctioned the manipulation of intelligence by those acting under his direction and control, misleading Congress to approve a resolution authorizing the use of force against Iraq.
“As a result over 4,000 United States soldiers have died in combat in Iraq, with tens of thousands injured, many of them permanently impaired,” explained Kucinich. “Over a million innocent Iraqis have perished in a war which was based on lies, a war which will cost the American taxpayers as much as three trillion dollars.
The Ohio lawmaker said that it is now “incumbent” for the Judiciary Committee to review evidence he presented. He promised that if the committee failed to hold any hearings on the resolution within thirty days, he would repeat his efforts. He told one reporter Wednesday, “Leadership wants to bury it, but this is one resolution that will be coming back from the dead. … I will be bringing the resolution up again, and I won’t be the only one reading it.”
Kucinich closed in his statement, “We must not only create an historical record of the misconduct of the Bush administration, but we must make sure that any future administration is forewarned about the constitutionally proscribed limits of executive authority and exercise of power contravening the Constitution.”http://rawstory.com/news08/2008/06/11/kucinich-judiciary-committee-must-begin-review-of-impeachment-articles/

Secret Bilderberg Agenda To Microchip Americans Leaked
Secret Bilderberg Agenda To Microchip Americans Leaked
Elitists want to microchip Americans in name of fighting terrorism, Europeans universally opposed to attack on Iran, Globalists fear oil prices rising too quickly

Sources from inside the 2008 Bilderberg meeting have leaked the details of what elitists were discussing in Chantilly Virginia last week and the talking points were ominous - a plan to microchip Americans under the pretext of fighting terrorist groups which will be identified as blonde haired, blue eyed westerners.
Veteran Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker relies on sources who regularly attend Bilderberg as aides and assistants but who are not Bilderberg members themselves. The information they provided this year is bone-chilling for those who have tracked the development of the plan to make the general public consider implanted microchips as a convenience as routine as credit cards.
"Under the heading of resisting terrorism there were points made about how the terrorist organizations are recruiting people who do not look like terrorists - blonde, blue eyed boys - they're searching hard for those types to become the new mad bombers," said Tucker.
(Article continues below)
As we have documented, the blue eyed blonde haired Al-Qaeda line is a familiar talking point that has been pushed on Fox News and within other Neo-Con circles in an attempt to turn the anti-terror apparatus around to target dissidents, protesters and the American people in general.
Ominously, Tucker's source also told him that Bilderberg were discussing the microchipping of humans on a mass scale, which would be introduced under the pretext of fighting terrorism whereby the "good guys" would be allowed to travel freely from airports so long as their microchip could be scanned and the information stored in a database.
Tucker said the idea was also sold on the basis that it would help hospital staff treat a patient in an emergency situation because a scan of the chip would provide instantaneous access to health details.
Tucker underscored that Bilderberg were talking about subdermally implanted chips and not merely RFID chips contained in clothing. The discussion took place in a main conference hall and was part of the agenda, not an off-hand remark in the hotel bar.
Such a bizarre concept may seem unbelievable to some, but over the last ten years there have been dozens of examples of people accepting implanted chips for a variety of different reasons.
In 2004, Mexico's attorney general and 160 of his office staff were implanted with tracker chips to control access to to secure areas of their headquarters.
The Baja Beach Club in Barcelona and other nightclubs around the world are already offering implantable chips to customers who want to pay for drinks with the wave of a hand and also get access to VIP areas of the club lounge.
Bilderberg skeptical of attack on Iran
Tucker's source told him that Secretary of Defense Robert Gates did attend Bilderberg despite him not appearing on the official list.
Tucker said that his sources told him Gates was in attendance to present his case for war with Iran, but that the majority of Bilderberg members were against an attack at this time.
"The Europeans were generally opposed to an invasion of Iran - Gates made the regular war propaganda drill about how Iran is a nuclear threat to everybody," said Tucker, adding that European Bilderbergers made snide comments about where such nuclear weapons actually were being kept and at one point joking that they were possibly "in Saddam Hussein's tomb".
Despite Bilderberg opposition, Tucker said that the administration was still considering an attack before Bush leaves office in January.
"At least 90 per cent of the Europeans oppose a war, probably closer to 100 per cent," said Tucker, adding, "most of the Americans were passive and deferential to the Secretary of Defense and Condoleezza Rice's pitch in so far as Iran is concerned".
Tucker said that most Americans present at the meeting were opposed to attacking Iran but dare not be as visible and loud in their opposition as the Europeans.
Energy and oil prices
"One of the Bilderberg boys raised this question - should we put a lid on the rise in oil prices, are we reaching the point of diminishing returns," said Tucker, adding that Bilderberg noted how Americans were trading in their SUV's in record numbers for small and more fuel efficient cars and using more public transport to combat high gas prices.
Tucker's source said that Bilderberg were predicting $5 for a gallon of gas by the end of this summer and oil over $150 dollars a barrel, but that this was a ceiling and oil prices would probably begin to decline thereafter because they thought the acceleration had happened too quickly.
As we previously reported, Bilderberg called for oil prices to soar in 2005 when oil was a mere $40 a barrel.
During the conference in Germany, Henry Kissinger told his fellow attendees that the elite had resolved to ensure that oil prices would double over the course of the next 12-24 months, which is exactly what happened.
During their 2006 meeting in Ottawa Canada, Bilderberg agreed to push for $105 a barrel before the end of 2008. With that target having been smashed months ago, the acceleration towards $150 is outstripping even Bilderberg's goal, which is why the elitists expressed a desire to cool prices at least in the short term.
Just two days after he left Bilderberg, Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke, George W. Bush and others expressed support for a strong dollar and Bernanke hinted that interest rates could rise, which immediately caused oil prices to drop in line with Bilderberg's consensus.

No Excuse For Lack Of Bilderberg Coverage
No Excuse For Lack Of Bilderberg Coverage
Lee RogersRogue GovernmentJune 10, 2008
Jack Shafer over at Slate Magazine, appeared to go against the grain and wrote an article on the Bilderberg Meeting.
With the U.S. mainstream media failing to cover the 2008 Bilderberg Meeting that took place this past weekend, it has become obvious that they are simply not interested in covering real news. When hundreds of entertainers got together for the 2008 MTV Movie Awards, there were all sorts of articles and press coverage on this event when in reality it has very little significance to the lives of average Americans. With that said, it is incredible that when over a hundred of the most powerful people in Europe and North America got together in Chantilly Virginia for the Bilderberg Meeting, we see a complete media blackout. This was despite the fact that a press release from the American Friends of Bilderberg was made available announcing the event. Jack Shafer over at Slate Magazine, appeared to go against the grain and wrote an article on the Bilderberg Meeting. On my radio show, I actually gave Mr. Shafer credit for at least providing some sort of coverage on the Bilderberg Meeting. In fact, he even referenced a previous article I wrote on the media blackout of Bilderberg in his news piece. However, after reading Mr. Shafer’s article in its entirety, it becomes clear that the intent of his piece is to marginalize the significance of the annual Bilderberg Meeting and to defend the mainstream media’s failure to cover it.
Slate Magazine is owned by the Washington Post which is a newspaper currently headed up by Donald E. Graham who just happened to have attended the 2008 Bilderberg Meeting. How can we expect Mr. Shafer’s article to be free of bias and spin when the man who is in charge of Slate Magazine and the Washington Post happens to be a Bilderberg attendee?
Look at what Mr. Shafer says as he comes to the defense of the mainstream press.
And about this, too, the Bilderberg critics are right: The meeting of 120 prominent world figures probably constitutes some kind of news. Yet to be fair to the mainstream press, it’s tough to report from a private gathering locked down tight by professional security.
How is it tough to report on the Bilderberg Meeting? Web sites like InfoWars.Com, PrisonPlanet.Com and RogueGovernment.Com managed to provide extensive coverage on the Bilderberg Meeting without seeing what was going on inside the hotel. The fact that you have over a hundred of the most powerful people in one location with armed security guards and spooks running around everywhere in of itself is news. How about the fact that there were over a hundred protesters outside of the meeting shouting at the Bilderberg attendees through bullhorns? That is also a news story. Reporters don’t even need to attend the meeting or get specifics on what’s actually happening in the meeting to write a news article. In fact, Mr. Shafer proved you don’t need to be on the inside to write about Bilderberg with his own article.
Mr. Shafer continues in his defense of the mainstream press.
And yet the "mainstream press" can hardly be accused of blacking out Bilderberg. The New York Times has mentioned Bilderberg a couple dozen times since 1981, according to Nexis, including in a 2004 piece titled "A Secret Conference Thought To Rule the Word." Other pieces in the Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, and the Boston Globe refer to the group. Just last month, Anne-Marie Slaughter mentioned the Bilderbergers in her Post review of a new book, Superclass: The Global Power Elite and the World They Are Making.
Of course, Bilderberg critics don’t want to read mentions in the press. They want to see confirmation of their theories that the group operates in a sinister, behind-the-scenes fashion to exploit the powerless and throttle liberty.
How, exactly, are reporters supposed to do that when the critics rarely provide falsifiable evidence of Bilderberg malevolence? Would a shadow government, should it exist, really convene annually at a hotel to hash out the world’s fate? Would it really issue a press release about its latest meeting? Would it routinely assume the security risks of inviting new blood in? (Couldn’t the notorious Bilderberger Conrad Black negotiate his way out of prison by exposing the group? Or is Bilderberg so powerful that it controls the federal prison system, too?) It largely limits its attendees to North Americans and Europeans. Are the Japanese, Indians, Chinese, Brazilians, Australians, South Koreans, and Singaporean so timid that they stand aside and let the Bilderbergers have their way with the world without making a peep?
There certainly has been some coverage of the Bilderberg Meeting by the U.S. mainstream media. Nobody is denying that. The problem with these reports is that Bilderberg is mentioned in two to three paragraph stories buried in the back of a newspaper, or are mentioned in a context that serves to demonize independent researchers and journalists who cover this yearly meeting as kooks or conspiracy theorists. What happened in Chantilly Virginia was an incredibly big news story and there’s no doubt that it was intentionally censored by the mainstream press. This is the first time that a press release was issued by Bilderberg and not one mainstream news outlet even picked up the press release. That defies comprehension considering the type of people who were attending.
Independent researchers and journalists are merely pointing out the fact that U.S. citizens and in particular those who hold public office are in violation of the Logan Act by attending secret meetings where policy is shaped and formed. The American people have a right to know how policy is being steered and meetings like Bilderberg remove transparency from the process. U.S. citizens should not be participating in secret meetings where powerful people from foreign nations are admittedly talking about a wide spectrum of geopolitical issues. Those who attend Bilderberg do not have full control over the planet as Mr. Shafer suggests, but they are certainly some of the more powerful individuals in Europe and North America and have the ability to shape the world by coming to a consensus on certain issues. Does Mr. Shafer honestly believe that some of the most powerful people in the world get together just to have a friendly chat? Jim Tucker from the American Free Press has covered the Bilderberg Meeting for decades and has made accurate predictions about the future based upon his sources within Bilderberg. With that said, there is little doubt that agendas and policies are formed at this meeting.
Mr. Shafer also compares the Council on Foreign Relations which previously maintained an incredible amount of secrecy with the Bilderberg Meeting.
Without a doubt, Bilderberg ends up stimulating speculations that it’s a nefarious organization. In an earlier generation, some theorists regarded the Council on Foreign Relations as a similar shadow government for its furtive ways. But as the CFR opened up in recent decades, holding many sessions on the record, it has become as threatening as the World Economic Forum at Davos.
What Mr. Shafer doesn’t mention is that the so called conspiracy theorists were right about the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Instead of talking about globalization and the destruction of U.S. national sovereignty in secret, they now talk about it openly. This is not a good thing even if they are open with their disgust for what this country is supposed to stand for. Despite its flaws, the U.S. Constitution guarantees individual liberty. The globalists simply do not factor in individual liberty when they write their policy papers. Even though he was not on the official 2008 Bilderberg attendee list, the president of the Council on Foreign Relations, Richard Haass was spotted at the recent Bilderberg Meeting. The CFR has written documents that have in fact become U.S. policy so they do operate as a secretive policy arm for the U.S. government. Many policy proposals that have come from the CFR have been crafted into legislation or are implemented by the executive branch. A perfect example of this is the Building a North American Community document which became the blue print for the Security and Prosperity Partnership that was agreed upon by Canada, Mexico and the U.S. back in 2005. Not only that, but the majority of the 2008 presidential candidates were either associated or were members of the CFR regardless of party. The vast majority of Americans simply do not agree with the various agendas that are pushed by the CFR. In fact most Americans would probably consider the CFR to be a nefarious organization. There is little doubt in the view of many considering what the CFR talks about, that the CFR is an organization run and driven by anti-American traitors.
In addition, Mr. Shafer needs to understand that for years, people have been harassed and threatened in their attempts to cover the Bilderberg Meeting. Why would people harass and threaten researchers who simply want to know the truth about what is going on at this supposedly friendly meeting? Obviously, somebody has something to hide otherwise these sort of intimidation tactics would not be directed at people who are just trying to report the facts.
Fortunately, some foreign media outlets have picked up the Bilderberg story. The Epoch Times did a big write up on the Bilderberg Meeting and some of the articles written by the alternative media have started to spring up in a greater number of mainstream blogs. There simply is no excuse for the mainstream press not covering an event as big as the Bilderberg Meeting. The lack of mainstream press coverage is just more proof that they should not be trusted to provide the full truth about what is going in the world.

The Secret Bilderberg Group Intent On A New World Order and Fair Use
How on earth can the mainstream media neglect reporting on the 56th Bilderberg meeting in Chantilly, Virginia, this week, June 5-8, 2008. There is no mention of it in any mainstream newspapers. For all the entire American public knows Bilderberg does not exist. This is an elite group of criminals that run the world. The newspapers that they control want us to believe they do not exist. Do yourself a favor and check out the only reporting of this event at infowars .com.
Bilderberg is a group of people that not only wants to see a population reduction of 80 to 90 percent globally, but also wants to unleash every form of hell known to mankind in the process. These people that we did not elect to run our world and who must meet in secret to carry out their evil plan of eugenics and worldwide destruction have been meeting as Bilderbergers for 56 years. They are psychopaths, murderers, many worship the devil, and are plotting against the mass of humanity daily. They are polluting the air and the water with deadly contaminates, while telling us the life giving gas known as carbon dioxide is killing us. The very gas plants and animals need to live.
As Paul Joseph Watson, of Prison Planet.com noted last September. "The global elite are conspiring to send oil prices crashing through the $200 dollar a barrel mark as part of an organized agenda to hike profits, bring about a global economic crash and torpedo the middle class."
During the 2006 Bilderberg meeting in Ottawa, Canada, the Bilderbergers agreed to push for $105 a barrel before the end of 2008. In fact, the price will likely be closer to $200 a barrel, as Goldman Sachs warned recently. "Bilderberg have sworn to bring about what Jose Barroso, President of the European Commission and a Bilderberg member, refers to as the ‘post-industrial revolution,’ which in layman’s terms translates as a global economic crash, another great depression and the total evisceration of the middle class," Watson writes.
When challenged about the supreme secrecy of their brotherhood, the common reply to deflect criticism is to say that Bilderberg is a casual meeting and does nothing to contribute to real world policy. It is a nice place for friends to talk about ideas. Even if you buy into this rhetoric, do you not find it completely absurd that not one newspaper has even mentioned it to their readers.
No headlines, no mention at all in any U.S. media reports about Bilderberg’s dozens of CEO's, European and Federal Reserve banking and finance kingpins, Prime Ministers, European royalty, NSA officials, professors from top Universities, NATO and UN officials, oil company chairmen, and foreign policy luminaries meeting behind closed doors.
Take a look at the list of these individuals that generate hundreds of headlines everyday. Yet 125 of them meet in one location near Washington D.C. and the silence is deafening!

The History Channel gives this report on the strangeness of having this group meet with no media coverage. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXqj9epGEas.
125 of the world’s biggest movers and shakers booked out a hotel, arrive in dark-tinted limousines and meet in secret but, the corporate media is not interested in finding out what they were there to discuss?
125 top CEO's, hugely influential philanthropists, heads of state, NATO officials, academic leaders, banking kingpins, and European royalty - the very people that shape the destiny of the world - get together for three days without a single U.S. corporate media outlet reporting on it.
You won't read about it in the Washington Post, the New York Times or the Wall Street Journal, since the editors of those three newspapers are all Bilderberg members.
Bilderberg does not exist. Keep repeating this and go back to sleep. Just pray you don’t wake up in a FEMA camp.

Fair Use
TITLE 17 > CHAPTER 1 > § 107Prev | Next § 107. Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use
How Current is This? Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include—
(1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
(2) the nature of the copyrighted work;
(3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and
(4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors.
